Helmet Giveaway Contest – Official Rules (English and Thai)

1. Eligibility:

This contest is open to residents aged 18 and over. Employees of Rick Brown, its affiliates, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate. No purchase required.

2. How to Enter:

To enter the contest and be eligible to win, you must complete ALL of the following steps:

• Follow the Savvy Rick Brown TikTok account (@SavvyRickBrown)

• Watch the contest video to the end and find the specific actions required to enter (these actions may include additional challenges or activities beyond the basic requirements listed below).

• Tag the brand @7ElevenThailand in the comments section of the contest video.

• Leave a creative comment on the contest video related to the contest theme.

• Share the contest video with your friends on TikTok and other platforms (specific sharing instructions may be provided in the contest video).

• Like the contest video.

3. Selection Process:

Winners will be selected based on a combination of factors:

• Completion of all required entry actions: All entries must meet ALL the requirements listed in Section 2 to be considered for selection.

• Creativity of comments: A panel of judges will evaluate the comments on the contest video and select the most creative and engaging entries.

4. Prizes:

• Grand Prize: One (1) winner will receive a prize of 500 USD (US Dollars) and an original signed Savvy Rick Brown painting.

• Runner-up Prizes (2nd – 5th Place): Five (5) winners will each receive a prize of 25 USD (US Dollars).

• Runner-up Prizes (6th – 10th Place): Five (5) winners will each receive a prize of 10 USD (US Dollars).

5. Multiple Entries:

You can increase your chances of winning by entering the contest multiple times. Each entry must include a new creative comment and a separate share of the video. Liking the video only needs to be done once per account.

6. Timeline:

• The contest starts on [Tomorrow’s Date] (Thailand Standard Time) and ends 30 days later on [Date 30 days from tomorrow] (Thailand Standard Time).

• Winners will be announced within 7-10 days after the contest closes on the Savvy Rick Brown TikTok account.

7. Additional Terms:

• By entering the contest, you grant Rick Brown a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display your comments and shared video for promotional purposes related to this contest.

• You represent and warrant that your comments and shared content are your original creation and do not violate the rights of any third party.

• Rick Brown reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these official rules, that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or harmful, or that does not complete all required entry actions.

• This contest is not sponsored by or affiliated with TikTok.
